Al Breaux
Administrator / Regional Manager
Al Breaux currently serves as Administrator of Maison du Monde Living Center. He is also a Regional Manager for Diversified Healthcare and oversees the operations of this facility.
Mr. Breaux has served the nursing home industry for over 30 years. His involvement extends to the state level and he has previously served 14 years on the Louisiana Nursing Home Association Board of Directors. Currently, Mr. Breaux serves on various LNHA committees, including the Legislative Committee, Public Relations, Emergency Preparedness, and Alternative Services Committee. The Louisiana Nursing Home Association named Mr. Breaux Administrator of the Year in 2000.

Lynn Guidry Begnaud, RN
Director of Nursing
Lynn Guidry Begnaud serves Maison du Monde as Director of Nursing. In this position, she is primarily responsible for ensuring the quality care of each resident and for providing ongoing education to the nursing staff. Ms Begnaud has over 16 years of health care experience, having served as the Director of Nursing for a Lafayette nursing facility and a private assisted living facility, and most recently, as Nursing Director and marketer for a local hospice agency.

Jessica Sherman
Admissions Coordinator / Marketing Director
Jessica Sherman serves as the Marketing Director and Admissions Coordinator for Maison du Monde Living Center. She served previously as Social Services Director for this facility. A graduate of the University of Louisiana at Lafayette in Child and Family Studies, Ms. Sherman brings several years of experience in customer service and communications with the public. Her role has expanded to include responsibilities as a community liaison between our facility and the residents and families that we serve.

Ashlie Bourque
Social Services Director
Ashlie Bourque currently serves as the Social Services Director for Maison du Monde Living Center. She is a graduate of the University of Louisiana – Lafayette in Child and Family Studies. Ms. Bourque was previously employed by the Department of Social Services. As the Social Services Director, Ms. Bourque is responsible for the admissions process and day-to-day interaction with residents and their families.
Ronald Lahasky, M.D.
Medical Director
Dr. Ronald M. Lahasky has served as the Medical Director of Maison du Monde since the facility’s opening in 2006. A graduate of Louisiana State University School of Medicine in 1990, he has also been in private practice since 1993. Prior to joining Maison du Monde, Dr. Lahasky served as the Medical Director of Morris Lahasky Nursing Home for 12 years. In addition to his duties at Maison du Monde, Dr. Lahasky also serves as Medical Director of Concepts of Care Home Health and Dynacare Home Health Services. Dr. Lahasky is very active in the medical community, serving as a board member of Independent Physicians Association of Lafayette and a member of the Louisiana Medical Society and Vermilion Parish Medical Society. He is also certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine. |
